Our caps
are always shipped within 1-2 days after the order is placed on
our web site and most of our customers report receiving their order in about
a week or less. |

have my logo printed on the caps and visors? |

Currently we do not support custom
printing on our products, but this will all change very soon! We are currently
in the process of implementing custom imprint and embroidery on all of our
items. There is no specific ETA for the launch of our custom imprinting
and embroidery but our guess is it will be available sometime during the
holiday season. So check back with us every now and then by visiting our
web site for updates and news about our upcoming custom imprinting launch.

is your return policy? |

We have one of the most generous
return policies in the industry. We accept all returns within 45 days after
the item(s) are received as long as it is returned in new condition and
has not been used. |

We have an in stock rate of 100%
of each item we showcase on this web site with an average in stock quantity
of 1500 pieces of each color! This ensures that all our customers receive
exactly what they placed in their shopping cart. We have yet to experience
an out-of-stock item, that is how efficient our inventory control management

Our large 25,000 foot warehouse
is located in Los Angeles, California and holds hundreds of thousands of
caps, beanies, and visors at any given time. |

Can I receive a discount for large orders? |

We are happy to provide our customers
with discounts for large orders placed. We can usually offer a 10% to 30%
